Travelife
Flere av Star Tours hotell rundt om i verden har tilknytning til Travellife, et kontrollsystem for miljøspørsmål og sosialt ansvar.
Travelife er skapt av europeiske reisearrangører og utarbeider retningslinjer og målesystem for forbedringer.
Travelife innebebærer ingen sertifiseringsprosess slik som ISO eller EU-blomsten, men ved å følge Travelifes retningslinjer arbeider hotellet selvstendig med kontinuerlig å sette mål og å måle resultater.
Star Tours eiere, TUI Travel Plc, har i dag over 90 egne kontrollører som skal støtte hotellenes arbeid i overenstemmelse med Travellifes retningslinjer, og sikkerhetsstille at hotellene følger de forbedringsarbeidene de har forpliktet seg til.
